Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Savannah, GA)

Northwind Ashton Hospitality Group operates hotels and event venues around Savannah. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. Guests remember kindness. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving reviews and feedback. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with reviews and feedback. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Savannah. • We reply to every applicant.
