Lumen Birch Hospitality is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for guest bookings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 242 people based in Savannah. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving guest bookings. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with guest bookings. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Savannah. • We reply to every applicant.
