Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Savannah, GA)

Greenridge Harbor Freight Group moves freight for manufacturers and retailers out of Savannah, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. Dispatch, drivers and warehouse staff talk to each other constantly. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving carrier rates. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with carrier rates. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Savannah. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
