Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Savannah, GA)

Lumen Wren Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Savannah area. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving reviews and feedback. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with reviews and feedback. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Savannah, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
