Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Savannah, GA)

Northwind West Energy Group is an energy provider in Savannah focused on reliable service and fair billing, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. We work closely with regulators and communities. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving service connections. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with service connections. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Savannah. • We reply to every applicant.
