Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Savannah, GA)

Silverline Technologies is a cultural organisation in Savannah presenting exhibitions and performances. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Savannah. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving event logistics. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with event logistics. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Savannah, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
