Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Savannah, GA)

Greenridge Wren Care Services supports families and individuals in Savannah with personal care and coordination, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. You would join a small organisation of about 38 people based in Savannah. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving caregiver training. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with caregiver training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Savannah. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
