Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Savannah, GA)

Highbridge Umber Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around Savannah. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving ridership counts. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with ridership counts. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Savannah. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
