Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Savannah, GA)

Bluepeak Linden Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around Savannah. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. Promotion from within is common. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving housekeeping schedules. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with housekeeping schedules. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Savannah. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
