Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (San Jose, CA)

Ironwood Ivory Legal Group is a law firm in San Jose serving businesses and individuals, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. People here care about clients, not just cases. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with document review. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in San Jose. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
