Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (San Jose, CA)

We are growing our team at Northwind Vista Auto Group and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving service appointments. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with service appointments. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in San Jose. • We reply to every applicant.
