Fernwood Vale Construction is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for project schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving project schedules. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with project schedules. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in San Jose. • We reply to every applicant.
