Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (San Jose, CA)

Clearpath Cross Transit Planning Group is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for accessibility audits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 51 people based in San Jose. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving accessibility audits. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with accessibility audits. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in San Jose. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
