Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (San Jose, CA)

Bluepeak Pine Housing Group provides affordable homes and support services around San Jose, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. You would join a small organisation of about 70 people based in San Jose. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving resident services. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with resident services. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in San Jose. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
