Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (San Jose, CA)

Bright Glen Care Services supports families and individuals in San Jose with personal care and coordination, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving family communication. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in San Jose. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
