Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (San Jose, CA)

Stonegate Clear Telecom provides broadband and phone service around San Jose, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving customer tickets. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with customer tickets. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in San Jose, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
