Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (San Diego, CA)

Harborlight Construction Group builds commercial and industrial projects around San Diego, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. Good people move up quickly. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving project schedules. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with project schedules. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in San Diego, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
