Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (San Diego, CA)

Highbridge Timber Medical Group is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for complaint handling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 61 people based in San Diego. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving complaint handling. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with complaint handling. • PMP or CAPM certification.
