Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (San Diego, CA)

Ironwood Drift Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in San Diego, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. You would join a small organisation of about 143 people based in San Diego. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving collection routes. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with collection routes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in San Diego. • We reply to every applicant.
