Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (San Diego, CA)

Amberfield Rowan Hospitality is a hospitality company in San Diego with restaurants, rooms and catering. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in San Diego. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving food costs. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with food costs. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in San Diego. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
