Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (San Diego, CA)

Lumen Stone Telecom Group is a telecommunications provider in San Diego focused on reliable home and business connections. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. We invest in training. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving outage reports. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with outage reports. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in San Diego. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
