Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (San Diego, CA)

Silverline Meadow Medical is a San Diego company producing monitoring and surgical equipment. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in San Diego. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with clinical evaluations. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in San Diego. • We reply to every applicant.
