Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (San Diego, CA)

We are growing our team at Northwind Orchard Telecom and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving outage reports. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with outage reports. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in San Diego. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
