Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (San Diego, CA)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Fern Arts Center and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. You would join a small organisation of about 12 people based in San Diego. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with school partnerships. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in San Diego, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
