Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (San Diego, CA)

Northwind Rook Housing is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for lease compliance, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 994 people based in San Diego. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with lease compliance. • PMP or CAPM certification.
