Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (San Diego, CA)

Greenridge Clear Care Services provides in-home and community support in San Diego, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving client records. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with client records. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in San Diego, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
