Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (San Diego, CA)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Forge Freight and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. We reward reliability. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving customer tracking. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with customer tracking. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in San Diego. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
