Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (San Antonio, TX)

Foxglove Granite Water Authority operates treatment plants and pipelines around San Antonio. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. You would join a small organisation of about 41 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving water quality. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with water quality. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
