Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (San Antonio, TX)

Summit Pharma is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for release testing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving release testing. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with release testing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in San Antonio, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
