Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (San Antonio, TX)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Clear Arts Center and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving event logistics. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with event logistics. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in San Antonio, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
