Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (San Antonio, TX)

Nova Sparrow Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around San Antonio. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. You would join a small organisation of about 45 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving fare systems. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with fare systems. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in San Antonio, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
