Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (San Antonio, TX)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Hollow Arts Center Group and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. You would join a small organisation of about 47 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with volunteer programmes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in San Antonio, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
