Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (San Antonio, TX)

Bluepeak Linden Health runs clinics and patient services around San Antonio, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. You would join a large organisation of about 991 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving clinic supplies. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with clinic supplies. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in San Antonio, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
