Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (San Antonio, TX)

Highbridge Pine Manufacturing is a San Antonio manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving tooling. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with tooling. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
