Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (San Antonio, TX)

We are growing our team at Amberfield West Transit Planning Group and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving ridership counts. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with ridership counts. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in San Antonio, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
