Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Salt Lake City, UT)

Foxglove West Energy Group is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for meter readings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Safety comes first on every shift. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving meter readings. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with meter readings. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Salt Lake City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
