Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Salt Lake City, UT)

Bluepeak Lantern Water Authority operates treatment plants and pipelines around Salt Lake City, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. Our work is invisible when it goes well, and we are proud of that. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with billing accounts. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We reply to every applicant.
