Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Salt Lake City, UT)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Vale Community Partners and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Salt Lake City. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving donor records. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with donor records. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
