Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Salt Lake City, UT)

Clearpath Sable Community Partners is a nonprofit in Salt Lake City supporting families with food, housing and job help, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. Mission matters here, and so does looking after staff. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with benefits enrolment. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We reply to every applicant.
