Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Salt Lake City, UT)

Clearpath Sable Community Partners is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for benefits enrolment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 22 people based in Salt Lake City. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with benefits enrolment. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We reply to every applicant.
