Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Salt Lake City, UT)

Stonegate Ashton Hospitality is a hospitality company in Salt Lake City with restaurants, rooms and catering, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. Promotion from within is common. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving group events. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with group events. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Salt Lake City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
