Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Salt Lake City, UT)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Hollow Arts Center and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. We run on creativity, deadlines and a lot of goodwill. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving exhibitions. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with exhibitions. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
