Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Salt Lake City, UT)

Greenridge Amber Construction Group delivers building projects for owners across the Salt Lake City region. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving materials orders. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with materials orders. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Salt Lake City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
