Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Salt Lake City, UT)

Greenridge Rowan Legal Group provides legal services in Salt Lake City across employment, housing and small-business law. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. We are a close group and share the work. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving court deadlines. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with court deadlines. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
