Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Salt Lake City, UT)

Lumen Lantern Auto Group is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for warranty claims, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving warranty claims. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with warranty claims. • PMP or CAPM certification.
