Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Salt Lake City, UT)

Northwind Iron Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Salt Lake City, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving device records. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with device records. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Salt Lake City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
