Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Salt Lake City, UT)

Lumen Forge Freight Group is a Salt Lake City logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. We reward reliability. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving loads and lanes. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with loads and lanes. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Salt Lake City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
