Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Salt Lake City, UT)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Linden Facilities and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving safety inspections. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with safety inspections. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Salt Lake City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
