Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Salt Lake City, UT)

Stonegate West Care Services Partners is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Salt Lake City, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving care plans. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with care plans. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Salt Lake City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
