Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Sacramento, CA)

Silverline Vale Water Authority Group is a public water utility serving the Sacramento area. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. You would join a small organisation of about 67 people based in Sacramento. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with water quality. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Sacramento. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
